People, Leadership &Organizational Psychology

Better performance starts with a clearer understanding of people.

We combine organizational psychology, assessment, facilitation and practical development to help leaders and teams understand how they operate, where behavior gets in the way and what to do differently.

What we do

Who it is for

Leadership teams, HR and talent functions, and organizations going through change.

How we work

Every engagement follows the same five stages.

Team effectiveness intervention3 to 6 months

Organizational or team diagnostic4 to 6 weeks
What we do

Assessment and coaching,
with the boundaries stated.

Instruments are only as good as the conversation around them. Open any of the four for what it covers, what you receive and how we measure whether it worked.

Three separate readings rather than one personality label. Together they explain why a capable person thrives in one role and derails in another.

What we do

  • HPI, the bright side: everyday style at their best
  • HDS, the dark side: what surfaces under strain
  • MVPI, the inside: motives, values and fit
  • HBRI where the role turns on judgment with data

Hogan is a licensed instrument. Reports are interpreted and fed back by a certified practitioner, and used as development and selection input, never as a standalone decision.

Coaching works when the goal is explicit, the sponsor agrees it, and confidentiality is defined in writing.

What we do

  • Chemistry session and coach matching
  • Three-way contract with the sponsor
  • A set cadence over a defined period, not open-ended
  • Close-out on goals, never on session content

Not a series of individual sessions. The unit of work is how the team decides, disagrees and delivers.

What we do

  • Diagnostic and stakeholder interviews
  • Aggregated profiles: collective strengths and risks
  • Purpose, roles, decision rights, ways of working
  • Live observation of real meetings, not simulations

Useful shared languages for communication and self-awareness, and routinely misused. We teach both, and what each one can carry.

What we do

  • DISC styles for communication, influence and conflict
  • MBTI preferences for self-awareness and team dynamics
  • How to debrief without turning a preference into a label
  • Train-the-trainer for internal facilitators

Both are development instruments. Neither measures ability or competence, and neither should decide hiring, selection or promotion. MBTI describes preferences, not fixed traits.
